Our valve technology enables very small quantities to be dispensed within extremely short time intervals.

As a reference value, the V300 F can dispense approximately 3 ml of water in 20 milliseconds at a pressure differential of 3 bar. Actual performance depends on the medium, pressure, temperature, valve configuration and overall system design.

In a controlled dosing system, repeatability deviations of less than 0.5% may be achieved under defined process conditions.

The stated values are based on historical KTW/PHIR technology data and are application-dependent. Final performance must be verified for the specific process.

The KW Fluidtech controller generates the electrical switching pulses required to open and close the valves at exactly the right moment.

Pulse frequency and pulse duration can be adjusted to suit the application. The valves can be activated according to predefined timing parameters or external sensor signals.
